How do I re-instate from unsubscribed?

You can re-instate your subscription at any time, provided you have a valid contact lens prescription.
To re-instate your subscription:
- Log into your account
- Go to "Subscriptions"
- Click the Manage Subscriptions button
- Check to see that your payment method is valid. If it is not, you'll need to update this first.
- Click "Reactivate"
Next, agree to our Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy. Your subscription is now successfully re-instated.
