How do I pause my subscription?

Pausing a subscription pauses payments. Payments begin on the unpause date. If you receive your lenses in shipments other than once a month, then there may be additional payments to make before your subscription will be shipped when you unpause.
If you wish to pause your subscription, for whatever reason, you can do so by completing the following:
- Log into your account
- Go to "Account"
- Go to "Subscriptions"
- Select the relevant order from the list by clicking the "Manage Subscription" button
- Click the "Pause Subscription" link
- Next, select the date from which you wish payments to resume.
- Your next subscription will be shipped once you have made full payment for your next subscription order
- Click the "Create Pause Subscription" button
Your subscription is now successfully paused, and you we will not take any more payments until the "unpause" date you have selected. This next shipment date will be show on screen as your new "Due to Ship" date, within the "Shipment Status" box.
