How do I update my payment method?

You can update your payment method at any time.

There are two ways to update a payment method.

  1. Updating the default payment card for your account. This option will not update the payment card for existing subscription orders.
  2. Updating the default payment card for an individual subscription.

To update the payment card on your account:

  • Go to "Account"
  • Go to "Wallet"
  • Click "Add Card"
  • Enter the new details
  • Click "Save Card"

PLEASE NOTE: updating the card in the My Wallet section of your account will not update the payment card used for existing subscriptions on your account.

 

To update a payment card for an individual subscription, you can either select an existing card and choose that as your default payment method for the subscription, or you can add a new card.

To add a new card for an individual subscription:

  • Go to "Account"
  • Go to "Subscriptions"
  • Click "Manage Subscription" next to the subscription for which you wish to update any payment details
  • Click the "Update Payment Method" link in the payment section of the screen
  • Click "Add Card"
  • Enter your new card details
  • Click "Save Card"
  • Your default payment method for this subscription has now been updated.

To switch to an existing card for an individual subscription:

  • Go to "Account"
  • Go to "Subscriptions"
  • Click "Manage Subscription" next to the subscription for which you wish to update any payment details
  • Click the "Update Payment Method" link in the payment section of the screen
  • Select a payment card from the list
  • Click "Confirm Payment Method".
  • Your default payment method for this subscription has now been updated.
