How do I reset or change my password?

If you've forgotten your password and need to reset it, on the log in screen, simply click "Forgot Password" and we will email a temporary account access link to your registered email address. Then click on the link and you'll be presented with the option to enter a new password. This will be your new password moving forward.
If you no longer have access to the email account that you registered with, visit us in store and we will update your email address for you. We'll send you an email to the new email address that allows you to set your new password.
If you simply wish to change your password for any reason, once logged-in, simply navigate to "Account", then "Change Password". Here you'll need to confirm your existing password, and then your new password. Then click "Update Password" and your account will be updated with your new password for when you next log in.
